Biggest thing to me is report apparently claims person is 5'9" to 5'10". Jamie's is 6'4". Either it obviously isn't Jameis, or that cop needs to be fired because he can't tell how tall a person is when they're right in front of him and isn't even close. I mean, half a foot difference? It's very possible that he was indeed interviewed, but that doesn't prove anything. And the fact that it's been almost a year and no charges have been brought just screams bullshit. Anyone can make an accusation and have you interviewed, no matter how frivolous or just blatantly untrue it may be.

There is no reason to report this; it's a non issue. They're only doing it for the clicks (ie money) now that Winston is a Heisman front runner and FSU is poised to play for the MNC. It makes for more drama.
