The improvement and complete collapse of Tennessee towards the end of fulmers run was directly related to cut. He is the reason Peyton went to Tennessee. He is simply the best college qb coach. Cut comes back to Tennessee we win 10 games become preseason top 3 then he leaves and we go 5-7. He's an offensive genius.

I don't know how he does with all the recruiting and all that bullshit but when it comes to straight coaching them up and making it happen he's the best.
