Maybe you weren't, or maybe you weren't that far but most on here already had OU vs probably Bama (IMO I think the majority on here figured Bama was winning) and that OU was gonna beat Bama.

I never made any definitive claims as to who the best is only who I think is deserving of a shot.

I didn’t change my opinion. I dont think UCF should have been in final 4. I do think Ohio State should have. If there were a final 8 playoff, then yes UCF should be there.

UCF had a weak regular season schedule. A schedule that every Top 10 team probably would have also gone undefeated with. They did not play tough teams week in and week out. They got up for one big game. Something a lot of teams probably could do with 30 days prep. If UCF gets in then every team should look to schedule shit teams. Something I don’t want to see.

I do think the system is broke.

Make it 8, include conf champions and make it fair for the UCF’s of the world to have a shot. This year was to reminiscent of the bcs.

I would've been okay with UCF over Bama & ohsu

Do I think Bama is the better team land that's what they are supposed to be ranking? Yes (especially over ohsu)
Would I be crying like ck if ohsu made it and we didn't? No

I think it would be a hell of a lot harder for UCF to beat Bama or UGA or Auburn in one of the playoff games instead of the game they played.


We've seen these games before.

Auburn went from losing early and then twice and being out of the SEC and especially out of the playoffs, to beating UGA and then Bama, winning the West and controlling their path into the playoffs.


Then they choked. They were about to be in the playoffs and now they are playing UCF in a whatever bowl.

I'm still glad they lost. Still glad UCF won. Was rooting for them all year and as I said, put them in.
