I'm laying down between 8-9 usually.


It takes me 1 hour atleast.

Sometimes 4 hours to fall asleep.

Then I wake up after 2 hours of sleep at 20 min increments. Sometimes not being able to fall back to sleep after waking up the first time.


So if I'm lucky going to lay down at8 and getting up at 8 I'm lucky to get 7 hours of 30 times interrupted sleep.
