Navy Railgun

Postby FlatEarth » October 18th, 2017, 3:32 pm

Supposedly can fire a round and hit a target with precise accuracy and precision at over 250 miles away.

8 inches per mile squared. This means 125 miles the curvature of the Earth would be an astonishing 10,416.6 feet from where the gun is placed. This means that they were able to line up a target when the target was over 10,000 feet below the horizon. But, but, but, computers, right? Okay, what about the travel? It just magically knows how to follow the curvature of the earth perfectly to hit the bulls-eye? How? Wait, wait, wait... Because, gravity, right? :ROFL

Nothing, eh? Yeah, I don't know how to explain it either.

Except on a flat, motionless plane, of course... :justsayin

Air PLANE not Airplanet
Sea LEVEL not Sea oblate, pear-shaped spheriod

Wait... DID YOU FEEL THAT? No? Yeah, me either. Flat, motionless plane...

How much motion do you feel when you move on a skateboard?

How much do you feel in a car?

How much do you feel in a cruise ship (if water is smooth)

The bigger your ride, the less motion you feel.

Considering you were born on the something while it was IN MOTION and it hasn't changed its momentum... Then no shit you don't feel it.

That's not true. The less acceleration the less you feel. You think people on space shuttles "feel less movement" than people driving cars? Dummy

Both you dumb shit.

No shit someone accelerating to 50 (as long as it's not wayyyy slow) will feel more than someone to 5mph over the same %.

However if you accelerate to 50mph in 1/8 mile on a skate board compared to a space shuttle it wouldn't feel as bad.

Being on The Earth... While it's ALREADY IN MOTION. as I said.

Lol the size of the vehicle has absolutely NOTHING to do with it dummy. It's completely dependent on the amount of acceleration. So shut the fuck Up about your faggot skateboard already

If the earth increased its speed right now by 2mph we wouldn't feel it like we would in a car.

Try and use a provable fact to debunk Flat Earth. You can't use theories to "prove" your point.
