I would like to add that for anyone that would complain about this poster's poll or that poster's poll, the more people that vote, the less weight each poll has. So, rather than just complaining, vote. Get others to vote. If we get 10+ posters voting, everything pretty much normalizes.

How do you compile your poll? It looks like you do an average based on percentages, like a first place vote would be 25/25, a second place vote would be 24/25, etc.

Yes, 1st = 25 points, on down to 25th = 1 point
The rating = points / total possible points

I use Excel. Formulas and sorting are my friend.

I get it. You retards go off of names and what the idiots (who don't watch the games) in the AP, USAT polls think and adjust according to your own whims. I go off of real numbers and what the teams do on the fucking field. That's more legit than anyone else's poll. I'm probably the only motherfucker here who looks at every fucking FBS team when I'm ranking them.

You know who would be #1 if I was voting based on my gut? Oregon. Baylor might be in the top 10, but not top 3. These aren't where I think they should be, it's where they actually should be based on whom they've played and how well they've played.
