Weird end to the UCF-Memphis game

UCF was down 10-17 with around 3 minutes left (yes, they played like ass today.) They had a 4th and 10, and converted it. The running back fumbled it in the endzone, but UCF recovered. They ended up scoring with about 1:50 left.
Then, the following happened:
- on UCF's next kickoff, Memphis fumbled the ball and UCF recovered to make it 24-17
- then, on UCF's kickoff, Memphis returns the ball for a TD, but it's called back due to holding. Memphis gets the ball on their 25
- Memphis drives the ball down into UCF territory and has it 3rd and goal from the 5, with about 40 seconds remaining
- Memphis attempts a HB pass and UCF intercepts it in the endzone.

UCF escapes with the 24-17 win. Terrible game by them, though.
