However, if UGA gets a close loss in the conference title game, the west champ will get in because the football Gods just hate UGA.

AND we'd be undefeated FFS

I think it's fair at this point in the season. Glad we didn't start with a September like that. With a freshman QB and a new defense, it would have been brutal.

Where do you think UGA would be ranked if the results of the Clemson and LSU games were reversed? And where would Clemson and LSU be ranked? :thought To me, given home field advantage, the argument could be made that all three are equal.

Okay with it. Breaking in a young new defense the front four needs to gel. Have a Freshman QB, and the next month for FSU is going to be make or break.

I'm still ruined by that Clemson game. Beating USC and LSU has just made it even worse... If TGII wasn't plagued by the thigh injury and played that whole game, or we don't botch that snap on the field goal, we would likely be the number one team in the Nation with a cruise control schedule that begins this weekend.

I'm beginning to realize a National Championship is never going to be in UGA's deck of cards...

The only thing that will make it worse is if we run the table, win the SEC likely defeating an undefeated Alabama team and sit at home and watch two overrated, zero loss, football teams from outside the conference play for a crystal football. :meltdown

If we don't play for it all, I want FSU, or Louisville, so UGA can pummel either much like the last time UGA played in the Sugar. :banghead

The last thing I want is another Crapital One Bowl appearance. This team deserves better. Not many offenses like it and Murray has earned the right to play in a BCS bowl.

Wow. It only took you a few decades to figure that out. Georgia sucks. The only reason you're even in the top 10 now is because you beat another couple overrated teams. I mean with a flip of the coin UGA could be sitting at 2-2 still ranked in the top 20 for no other reason than SEC bias and preseason rankings.

LSU nor Clemson isn't really overrated....

USC.. Yea a few spots high probably but we shall see by the end.

And lets be honest.

USCjr can be better in week 2 than they are in week 12 vice versa
Just like I expect Bama to be better in week 12 than week 2.

Most teams are the latter but there a a good minority of teams that if they played all season like the did at the first of the season then they'd do a hell of a lot better through the year.
