I think a little of both. BC is better this year than years past, but we also played like garbage and had some stupid penalties.

It should not have been this close, either way.

All we can do is hope they make this a learning experience and take everyone seriously from here on out. We've got a lot of work to do before that trip to Clemson.

FSU played craptastic today and still won by 14. The defense gave up huge plays on blown coverage and made dumb penalties that led to at least 2 scores. The special teams gave BC the ball twice inside the FSU 40. The offense was good, but very slow to start again.
