Why is UCF ranked ahead of Wisconsin?

Is it all because UCF lost to an SEC team?

because they beat Louisville and don't have 2 losses?

1 win Temple, is all I have to say to make you look stupid. Louisville was only ranked up high because they beat Florida in a bowl game.
