Also they need to cap NIL at 100k for freshmen and 1 million max increase for every year on a team.

That would make for way less transfers, say you were on FSU making 1 million, you could make up to 2 million the next year or transfer and make 1 million still.

2 year required commitment and only 1 transfer without sitting out a year. Get rid of redshirts and allow 5 years.

Also if you opt out you are penalized what percentage that game was worth.

Say you made 1 million and it was the 13th game you have to return 1/13th of 1 million.

The portal thing blows my mind there wasn't any lawsuit forcing that why did they add that?
