Noticed this year that no mosquitos have bit me. I’ve seen 2 all year and that was back in fucking February when I was at work.


I wear zero bug repellent and others are getting bit but I’m not. This has changed from the other 34 years I’ve been alive so far because I used to be the one getting bit the most.



So far…. The only thing I can think of that changed for me would be having covid. Nothing else has changed, same body wash, same diet, same activity, same medicines (weed and ibuprofen).

The others got vaxxed and the bugs love their dirty blood

Ashley and Cullen didn’t get vaxxed though. Her grandparents did.

Brother got vaxxed but rest of his family and my younger brothers family didn’t get vaxxed.


Mostly just the people over 60 that I know got vaxxed along with my brother because he was Air Force. Pretty much everyone else I know under 60 didn’t get it.

They still eat me alive. I’ll get bit a dozen times, and people around me won’t get bit at all.

But over the last 10-15 years, my mosquito bites are usually gone in an hour or two.

Yeah I don’t really know if covid has anything to do with it or not but so far it’s the only thing that’s completely different.

We moved back to Bama last year but I was ate up by mosquitos all spring and summer so the location has nothing to do with it.

Fuckers finally started biting me again :sigh but not like it used to be. :chewy

Less stroud from survivor man has been bit so much by mosquitos he no longer gets the reaction aka welted bumps or whatever. Maybe that has something to do with it?

That’s crazy about Stroud. The few days they’ve gotten me I’ve welted up and itched. Though it’s still different that it previously was. They used to bother me for a few days and I’d end up scratching them
Until most were scabbed over. Now they itch for about 30 minutes and don’t bother me anymore, and not bitten nearly as often.

I’m def still in scab mode. Maybe it has something to do with the GMO mosquitos in Florida? Lol
