I’m curious if anyone thinks they are good and why.

I’ll say that prison reform is needed. Wether or not they actually do a decent job at the reformation remains to be seen, and that he should have tried to go through Congress. The problem with that is that Congress is loaded with crooked fucks who most likely get paid to support private prisons.
