On 9/18, Democrats held a 206-189 (40 toss ups) lead in the house. Today, it's 205-199 (31).

In the Senate, it went from a 47-44 (9 toss ups) Republican advantage to 49-44 (7). Tennessee and North Dakota have flipped from D to R, and Arizona, Nevada, Missouri, and Texas are all trending Republican. Florida, Indiana, and Montana are all currently led by Democrats, but by less than 3 points. New polls there should be interesting... especially Indiana.

Close Governor races in GA, OH, and WI are trending Republican as well.

The ONLY places that seem to be trending D are New Jersey and Minnesota, where the Democrats already held strong leads.


That "blue wave" is officially on life support. :D

Republicans gain another in the Senate 50-44 (6 toss ups)
Governor unchanged at 23 R, 19 D, 8 undecided.
