To me he is very comparable. Cocky attitude takes jabs at opposing coaches and teams and he is an offensive guy just like spurrier. He is obviously not accomplished but he is young and could end up with a great career still.
The problem with Kiffen is he was put in big positions before he was quite ready. USC and Oakland should have never hired him he was not ready. Tennessee hire was good I think because they don't have the brand to do any better.
