my dog dixie passed sunday night

she was my best friend. she was fearless. she would ride in the truck with me everywhere and i would let her follow me in a couple of stores. she was a pit and was so gentle around children. once at a poker game at bear b's she farted so bad she broke the whole thing up for a clean air break and had to come back home. to me she was more than just a dog. i buried her in the flower bed by my front porch so she can guard the door and keep up with whats going on.

Or 20 year old cat is about to die. She is actually a cool cat. Does not climb on counters or window sills and such. Pretty much couch and bed. Wife will be devastated.
