Unless they rig the election too (which is quite likely) this pretty much hands the election to Trump. The 30-40% of Hillary shills would vote for her even if she was sitting at Leavenworth. It's the undecideds in the middle that were just handed to Trump. Once the establishment repugs fall in line, the election is Trumps, barring the fix.

2 questions:

1. By the FBI's definition, what is the difference between "gross negligence" (felony) and "extreme carelessness" (no crime)?
2. How can they not determine if the servers (we now know there were many) were hacked? Some of the hacked emails have been leaked. If the leaked emails are fake, the FBI should acknowledge this.


This will absolutely not help Hitlery, especially with this coming right after Bill got busted having a secret meeting with Loretta Lynch (the one who would have had to actually file the charges, and someone Bill HIMSELF appointed back in 1999).

Shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

(g) If two or more persons conspire to violate any of the foregoing provisions of this section, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy shall be subject to the punishment provided for the offense which is the object of such conspiracy.
