My thoughts exactly. I like to wait a year so 1.) any kinks can get worked out, and 2.) related tech catches up (assuming the idea caught on).

I paid $530 for 55" vizio with a free sound bar system. Not the best of the best, but was in cnet's and rtings's top 10 for the size. At the time it was at least $500 cheaper than the others on the list.

Do you like the sound bar? After a little research I decided FUCK THAT. I would have had to raise the TV or put the sound bar on top, or the remote wouldn't work.
