What is with the biased opinions?

Postby JimTrenzel » October 19th, 2013, 1:15 pm

So when PSU lost to UCF, UCF was a horrible teams and so is PSU. Then South Carolina just barely beats UCF and UCF is really good. Then UCF beats the number 8 team in the country... So which is it? DID PSU just barely lose to a really good UCF or did PSU lose to a horrible mid major?

If we use the SEC transitive property that they use to rank their teams, PSU lost to UCF by 3, SC beat UCF by 3, Louisville lost to UCF by 3. So I guess that means PSU is actually a good team?

Quit fucking crying. Opinions change as bodies of work change and as the season progresses. Is Georgia as good as they were before the season started or better than they were after South Carolina?? No.. They are worse.

Anyway :stfu :crybaby

The only reason Louisville was ever ranked that high was because they kicked Florida ass last year in the bowl game. BTW Louisville also lost to Syracuse and Uconn last year but still kicked a top5 SEC teams ass.

One other thing, you COMPLETELY IGNORED THE QUESTION. Is PSU a good team, is UCF a good team, or is it that Louisville sucks and SC sucks??

I think it was more a case of people didn't know what to think about UCF. When they beat Penn St at Happy Valley, they were like "hmmmm.... maybe Penn St isn't that good." Then when they played SoCar really close, people were like "wow, USC had a bad game..." Then they beat Louisville in Louisville and people are like "wait a minute... maybe UCF is actually pretty good." Now they have a 3-game body of work to look at and realize that none of those games were flukes.

I'd rather wait and let teams prove it on the field.

+ 1.57048 2013_ucf 4-1 [-1] [-1] [-1] AAC

Above average play going into the Louisville game. UCF's rating will certainly go up once I add in today's games tomorrow.

So does UGA and SC. Florida, UGA, and SC shouldn't be ranked.
