It's stupid in my opinion...I do like the fact they can review it though

I don't mind the penalties but the ejection part is just unnecessary.

I agree, but how do you determine "Oh he was targeting for the head" instead of "Oh he was trying to hit him in the stomach and the QB/RB/WR just ducked down" and decide to throw someone out

I agree, but how do you determine "Oh he was targeting for the head" instead of "Oh he was trying to hit him in the stomach and the QB/RB/WR just ducked down" and decide to throw someone out


Eventually this stuff will lead to players aiming lower for knees and there isn't a doubt in my mind that in the future it will be a penalty to hit below the knees.

There is one for QBs on doing that...otherwise known as the Tom Brady Rule
