It doesn't matter. The ACC has not gotten a shot at the SEC Champ in the national championship game since 1998. Since then, 3 Big 12 teams, Ohio State twice, 1 independent and one Pac 10 team have taken their shot and lost. FSU was in the first 3 BCS title games. It only seems fitting to give them a shot.

FSU probably would have won if we had Weinke for that game, too. Fucking Marcus Outzen sucked ass.

No probably about it...we would have. It's as simple as that.

Didn't Peerless Price and Jamal Lewis dominate that game?

23-16 is hardly domination, and Tennessee didn't have Lewis, either.

Just looked it up. Lewis didn't even play. He had a torn ACL.

How many of you FSU fans voted for FSU just because they are your favorite team? If you actually voted for FSU because you think the schedule is better, how can you justify that?

Why hasn't the ACC? Maybe because they have seriously sucked? The ACC can't even win regular BCS games...

They beat Northern Illinois.

In the end, the system sucks. It always has. Next year will be better, but really 8 teams ought to be in.

Do I think FSU and Bama would beat Ohio State on a neutral field? I do, but I also thought Miami would in 2002. I also thought USC would beat Texas in 2005. Anything could happen on any given Saturday. The favorite doesn't always win, otherwise we wouldn't watch.

Only 2 teams will get in. I still think it will work itself out, but if it doesn't, you are no more robbed than Auburn was in 2004.

I consider going undefeated 2 years in a row getting more robbed than Auburn.

13-0 Tennessee, 13-0 OU, 12-1 Penn State, 13-1 UGA, 11-2 Miami. FSU was outmatched in pretty much every one of those games (except Miami), and still kept it relatively close. Hell, FSU might have won or finished 2nd in the B1G the year they played Penn State.
2 of those losses were without starting QBs, and many of those were with 3+ loss FSU teams. It's not like they were playing Notre Shame (0-4 in BCS), Kansas Shit (might have a BCS win?), 0regon, Arkansas, etc.

FSU was down for a majority of the BCS era. The ACC rides FSU's success.

The ACC rides FSU's success because Miami hasn't been good since 2002 and the rest of the ACC is extremely bad...

What does last season when Ohio State was on probation have to do with it? That 2004 Auburn team was loaded.

Imagine being a fan of team that went undefeated 2 years in a row and not getting to see them get a shot at the NC...

Simple:

1) Better current SOS

2) Win over current BCS Top 10 team who will finish in Top 10 BCS.

3) Illinois scored 35 points on you. They havn't won a Big 10 conference game since Oct 2011 and suck ass.

4) Your wins are only impressive to you, nobody else in the football universe.

5) Your future schedule is not that impressive either.

6) Stop bringing up last year. Makes you look silly. You were on probation and missed CCG and Bowl Game.
