Winston is not mentioned in the report, has not been charged (for something that happened over 11 months ago), and is much taller and thinner than 5'11", 240. Until all of this changes, it's a non-story.
As long as he isn't charged, nothing will be affected except the Heisman campaign. Allegations, no matter how ludicrous, can be damaging to a Heisman candidate.

Over/ under how long before someone says they "have" tapes of Winston raping someone. Someone supposedly had Cam's tapes.
