It happened almost a year ago. Description doesn't even match Winston and his name is not mentioned in the report. Even if it were him, it doesn't take a year to charge someone. If they haven't found anything by now then it's not going to happen. Just some pathetic (probably) gator fan bringing up something totally irrelevant to try and distract the team. :yawn

Either it obviously isn't Jameis, or that cop needs to be fired because he can't tell how tall a person is when they're right in front of him and isn't even close. I mean, half a foot difference? Wow. If someone can get that cop's name and got a ticket ever from him, I'd simply fight it and cite this report and state that the officer clearly has a sight issue and must've seen wrong person/car. :dog

Oh no, trust me I hate the fuckers for the same exact reason you just stated. Luckily, California just passed a law on doing shit like that, or at least doing it on private property of if the person is in a vehicle.

It's very possible that he was indeed interviewed, but that doesn't prove anything. And the fact that it's been almost a year and no charges have been brought just screams bullshit. Anyone can make an accusation and have you interviewed, no matter how frivolous or just blatantly untrue it may be.
There is no reason to report this; it's a non issue. They're only doing it for the clicks (ie money) now that Winston is a Heisman front runner and FSU is poised to play for the MNC. It makes for more drama.
