Ok since you think that makes sense, this must also make sense to you

In the Sagarin poll
He has Baylor at 4th
with a schedule of 96th
0 wins vs top10
1 win vs top30

He has tOSU at 5th
With a schedule of 81st
1 win vs top10
1 win vs top30

Why is Baylor ahead of tOSU in the Sagarin poll?

It's kind of a sneaky top ten.

They don't play any top tier opponents, but almost every team on that list is a good football team. It's not a bad schedule at all.
