All of FSU's credibility is based off

Postby CraigKressel » November 9th, 2013, 12:34 am

A 3 loss Georgia team and a 4 loss Florida team.

Wow I am impressed.

Clemson is the same Clemson that lost 70-30 to a big least WVU. We all know it, I wish Ohio State could play Clemson it would probably be 70-10 instead of 30.

Wisconsin would beat both of them especially Miami, Miami being ranked in the top 15 is an absolute joke. Wisconsin would have 1 loss to OSU and a win over a pretty solid ASU team if not for the pac12s typical cheating refs. But besides that why is FSU justified in jumping them, its not like their schedule is any harder? Who has the more proven team Ohio State who has won 22 straight or FSU annual 2-5 game losers. OSU has the best or 2nd best coach in CFB 4 out of 5 years of top 5 recruiting classes, a Junior QB that has only lost 2 games in 3 seasons as a starter and the best RB to come out of FL since Mcgahee, the best linebacker in the nation, an Offensive line Meyer considers the best he has ever seen.

Translation: "Ohio State has beaten nobody, and my entire argument is based off hypothetical scenarios, completely irrelevant statistics, and my butthurtedness over FSU jumping Ohio State."

Now there, wasn't that much easier? Short, sweet, and to the point. You're welcome. :up

About the only thing you got right in your drivel was that Miami is ranked too high...most Canes would agree.
As for FSU - they are heads and tails above anyone else saving Bama and it isnt even close.
Two best teams in the country right there.

The only credibility in question - is yours.

He can't. Just like craig can't prove Wisconsin would beat Clemson and Miami.

I think Craig and Jim are twins. Not too long ago Jimmy was saying Wisconsin would "whip" Clemson.

I am good with that. They are the most proven team and program right now with Ohio State just behind them. All the other teams that ESPN tried to hype as more deserving than Ohio State the last 2 years have been exposed so they quickly threw FSU upon us.

None of these teams ESPN was pushing over OSU deserved it, just like FSU is not. From start to finish this season it should be 1.Bama 2. OSU until those teams lose in my opinion.

Clemson proved to be a joke as usual
Georgia proved to be a joke as usual
Oregon did their annual choke job
Stanford lost to Utah
LSU just is not that good and lost to a couple average teams

So who else was left for ESPN to push? I certainly don't forget FSU giving Clemson the same beatdown last year or Clemson losing to WVU 70-30. Miami has really sucked all year long, they should have lost to 3 crap teams already its a miracle they didn't, I bet Duke or VT beats them maybe both. Gators pretty much dominated them and lost because of a couple shit passes.

Urban Meyer and Ohio State should command instant respect, and it just isn't there. What other coach can even come close to his resume outside of Nick Saban and what other team can even compare to Ohio States resume of consistency the last decade. What team has recruited better than OSU besides Bama? Ohio State has had 4 top 5 classes in the last 5 years. We've had 8 double digit win seasons and won every BCS game other than the Orange Bowl. Ohio States offense and defense are both ranked high in scoring, stats, etc. We have stars on both sides of the ball, depth everywhere, a top 5 RB, top 5 qb, top 5 Oline, top 10 wr corps, even the backup QB is really good, best linebacker in the nation and a top 10 defensive line.

Now they are trying to push for Baylor over OSU because they are running out of teams to hype above them. We all know Baylor will lose, the big 12 is really bad this year and that Baylor has no real talent in comparison to the top 5 teams.

Meyer has pretty much only lost 1 really big game in his career the 2009 SEC title game. Not saying FSU may not be the best team or anything like that but an Urban Meyer coached 22-0 OSU should command more respect than they are, especially a team that is lead by Braxton Miller and Carlos Hyde. Watch Carlos Hyde and Miller play right now I don't know how you could not come away impressed, they are red hot.

People will agree or disagree with you for the same or different reasons. I do both. But as the same with JT I wanted to make sure that you gae Bama proper credit for being dominant since 2008 with a "bad" 11 win year in 2010 just losing to LSU and te NC's and heisman winner $cam, and being a few plays away from 4 out of 5 NC's but already being 3/4 NC's.
