These 2 teams are obviously better than Ohio State, shouldn't they be ranked ahead of them?

Right now I would have tOSU ranked #3, behind FSU and Alabama. Provided all 3 win their games this weekend.

Stanford beat a typical Oregon team that loses every single time they play any kind of team with a defense, it happens every single year, whats new...

This is what I saw with my eyes http://espn.go.com/ncf/boxscore?gameId=332850254

That same Utah team put up 3 points on that crummy USC team.

I would say it SHOULD be (assuming everyone wins)

1. Florida State
2. Alabama
3. Ohio State
4. Baylor
5. Stanford

FSU/Bama could be used interchangeably, in all honesty. Teams are near mirror images of each other.

I think Stanford could beat Ohio State (not necessarily would), but that loss to Utah makes it hard for me to rank them above an undefeated Ohio State.

Baylor could jump Ohio State and honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they do. It's hard not to considering their top ten blowout win...but I'm still not convinced they're legit just yet. I think they should jump Stanford just based on being undefeated.

Stanford should stay idle, IMO. I just can't rank Baylor or Ohio State below them although I think they'd have a shot to beat both. Stanford is a damn good team, but they have a badddd loss. Also wouldn't be surprised if Stanford moves up to 4 and Baylor to 5.

I think it will likely look like this:

1. Alabama
2. Florida State
3. Ohio State
4. Stanford
5. Baylor

...but I wouldn't be surprised if Stanford jumps Ohio State. Computers will love them for this win over Oregon.
