Big 10 divisions and tie breaker

Lets say OSU loses to Michigan by 1 and PSU beats Michigan by 1. PSU would go over OSU because Iowa has a better record than Wisconsin, even though OSUs SOS and playoff ranking likely would be higher.
They should just take the 2 highest rated teams in the playoff poll for the CC.
