Just signed a 1/1 card. And I believe the bid is at $70000 and possibly growing. Has anyone here collected sports cards lately? Shit got serious. :sadyes

eBay has taken over the industry.

Thats retarded. For that to be worth anywhere near 70 grand in 25 years he’s gonna have to be the best football player ever. And that shit ain’t happening

Arch Manning is overrated.

I never got into trading cards of any sort. Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, baseball ( :homo ), football, etc. I think my dad bought me two packs and most were given to me as gifts. In total, I saved ~80 football cards.

Probably my favorite one is a 1996 Flutie card when he was on the Toronto Argonauts.
The funniest is probably a Lawrence Phillips rookie card.

I just got back into collecting again. I still have cards from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. It’s more entertaining than fantasy football and it beats the Florida lottery. It’s a fun hobby.

I collect things, too... mainly movies. I've got a huge digital archive. Lots of print scans, too.
