That play was targeting, to me the Wade vs Clemson play was not because Lawrence ducked into it causing him to react at the last second and protect himself from the impact.

Either way the rule is fucking stupid. What is the natural reaction of the human body when you are about to get hit in the face? It is to duck your head, so unless you are running around like a battering ram with your head ducked the whole tackle or block process then it should not be a penalty.

The thing is he wouldn't have hit with the crown of his helmet if Lawerence didn't duck into it at the last split second, the crown of his head would have hit air. He is 6'6 ducking into someone that is 5'11 and crunching up his whole body.
