North Carolina: Beat Virginia, lose to Pitt, lose to NC State

Virginia Tech: Beat Wake Forest, beat Georgia Tech, lose to Pitt, lose to Virginia

Pittsburgh: Lose to Georgia Tech, beat North Carolina, beat Virginia Tech, lose to Boston College

Duke: Beat Syracuse, lose to Wake Forest, beat Miami

Miami: Beat Florida State, beat Louisville, lose to Duke

Georgia Tech: Beat Pitt, beat Virginia, lose to Virginia Tech, beat NC State

All teams would finish 4-4.

No way GT wins more than one of those games though. :no

But I wouldn't be surprised if 3 or 4 teams finish 5-3.
