why is OU even in the top 4 if OSU isnt? the big 10 is better than the big 12. osu had a tougher schedule. osu has a worse loss but if youre going to count that then punish OU for almost losing to army and other teams. either they should have georgia above both OU and OSU or put OSU at 4 and georgia at 6.
