Can we schedule them the week before UF? Every year we play a conference opponent, and every year they have what is essentially a bye. We know UF is never gonna grow a pair and actually play someone with a pulse that week, so we might as well do the same.

You sure as shit should do the same. It’s better for your players too. Not so much as hard hitting back to back to back games.

It really hasn’t been an issue for about 10 or 12 years. Either they sucked or we sucked. It’s a good idea going forward.

I’d take similar approach to Clemson.

I’d also schedule in conference warm up for game 1. VT was a good call, we just shit the bed.
