It is an easy fix.

1. Get rid of divisions
2. Force independents to join a conference.
3. Make all conferences play 8 or 9 games so it is balanced.
4. Take the 2 highest ranked teams for the CC.
5. Require conference champions to be in the playoff.

Also the fucking playoff poll is garbage because its a secret committee with 13 people. They need transparency desperately.

The divisions are fucking gay period, in 2016 Ohio State beat Wisconsin had a better record overall and in conference playing better teams and somehow Wisconsin plays in the Big 10 championship because of the garbage divisions.

Trust me in 2015 if Ole Miss had not lost that fluky game you would not be happy with them either because your team would have been sitting at home instead of winning the NC.

Big 12 is smart, they could do it with 5 teams in each division if they wanted, they know its the best system for getting a team in the playoff is why and not having a 2015 Ohio State get fucked.

Lets rewind to 2015 WTF did Alabama get in over Stanford if in 2017 Alabama got in over Ohio State in the same scenario.

Ohio State 2015 = Alabama 2017 1 loss defending national champion with the best team on paper but under performed.
Stanford 2015 = Ohio State 2017 2 loss conference champion with 1 really bad loss and 1 mediocre loss.

In 2017 the exact scenario had Ohio State = Stanford but with better wins beating a 12-0 Wisconsin and gets left while Stanford remained ahead of Ohio State in 2015 because of the conference championship.
