2022: Just went up 28-17, has the dumbest onside kick call I've ever seen (not a middle squib, but right to NW RB) and NW scores a TD on a 45-yard drive Absolutely killed their momentum.

31-28 Northwestern in the 4th. Nebraska's QB is a joke. I can't believe he threw 2 passes in a row right to NW DBs. Only the 2nd one got intercepted.

LMAO! They just replaced the retard.
EDIT: For one play. The next play Thompson (Neb QB1) nearly threw another pick; then a run play, then an easy sack.
How is Thompson still in?

31-28 final. Nebraska needs to put their entire coaching staff and their QB1 in an industrial microwave.

When I saw him on the sideline today, all I could think was that Scott Frost is actually that actor from Like Mike who played the bully Ox.

Seriously, Jesse Plemons could be his twin... or his alter ego. I think he's a better actor than head coach.

Why did Frost leave UCF?

Scott Frost got fired 3 weeks before the buyout would have been halved. I'm surprised Nebby pulled the trigger like that.

Me too. I can only assume a donor put up the funds to remove the dead man walking immediately. I fully expected him to be let go Oct. 2.

Nebraska must have been fucking AWESOME at cheating in the 90s. It’s over at this point. Who the fuck is going to go to Nebraska or Iowa or any of those fly over state schools

Nobody's coming to TN unless they really like the Grand Ole Opry. The SEC is littered with flyover states, including Alabama.

Looks like to tank Nebraska’s program over 5 years and pocket 15MM. Solid 5 year return and ROI. LOL

Nebraska could do a lot worse than Mark Stoops. It would be crazy if Bob Stoops was hired there.

Whatever the case, Nebraska desperately needs a defensive coordinator.

Now that the ST coordinator has been promoted to DC, Nebraska should be good to go on that side of the ball. :lolthumb

"Joseph’s future with Nebraska has been unclear since Rhule’s hiring"

He gone.

I think Rhule is a good hire. I don't think they'll be beating OSU or UM anytime soon, but they can win the West in a couple of years.

I think he was my top choice. Fickell was up there, but worried he lucked into a group of great players at Cinci and wouldn't be able to replicate his success. A lot of people wanted Coach Prime, but don't think he could ever work at a place like Nebraska.
