But at least UF leads the nation in turnovers forced, has a top ten RZ defense, and has shown improvement in every facet of the game so far under Mullen. Less penalities, less turnovers, better rz offense, better yards per play, not to mention 12-2 TD/Int ratio from the worst Sec QB last year in Frank's.

At least the playcalling was balanced today. While the passing game is lightyears ahead of the running game, you have to run enough that the play action works.

I'd like to present the game ball to... Booby Petrino, for calling Thursda that pass on 1st & 10 from the FSU 20 with about 2:30 left in the game. What a moron! :ROFL2

Agree, we are running on nearly every first down play. Defenses know, I know it. The result is nearly always 2nd and long. We might even guess that they know DF is not going to run so they zero in on the RB every time. Too predictable. I would prefer we line the RB up in I formation and pound it own their throats. GIve him some time to make moves rather then get wrapped up nearly immediately. We should also pass to open up the run. LOL Running to open up the pass is not working.

OL looked much improved. WR are catching and blocking better. It's a start.
