Did I say it was better as of now? I would agree they are a push right now.

All I was pointing out is it is the guys opinion based off of 4 games. Not that I agree with him, kind of dumb to have Clemson ahead of Alabama if you ask me because of the Texas AM games, but I don't think having Alabama at 3 is some big deal they haven't proven shit yet, you could easily put them behind Georgia and Ohio State if you wanted to at this point.

Well it is a combination of that and how they look, I don't think LSU should be ranked 1 because you can tell they are not that good just watching them, their offense struggles to do much of anything, they just had a close game with LA Tech.

1st game of the season vs a decent team, almost every elite team every year has a scare or 2 vs a lesser team or losses to one.

OU just did for example. Clemson lost to Syracuse last year, I am pretty sure App State was probably better than them last year.
