Glad you found something to brag about after winning 5 games last season. :ROFL
I just hope you guys aren’t 2-3 when we play you this year.

Math must be hard in NC. Please don't move back to Florida. We don't need our average IQ brought down.

and we still played a harder schedule than you.

Miami 2017 avg home attendance: 57,775 ...best in years, by far! :champ
FSU 2018 spring game attendance: 60,934 :dog

I've always wondered what it's like to only win 5 games in a season or have a losing record. Hasn't happened in my lifetime. Can someone tell me? Any Miami fans born before... 2014? :ROFL

But with one 10-win season in the last 15 years and a 1-7 record against FSU over the last 8 years, Miami is totally back. :lolthumb

And here’s the deflections. How about give me one reason why I should believe FSU will be any good this year. But I’m sure you or your sammich making friend will deflect somehow.

There are always exceptions, but having top 5 talent never hurts. Teams with top 5 talent tend to win 10+ (FSU averaged 11.8 wins from 2012-16... beating Miami each year, obviously). I'll stick with the trend, you can stick with the anomaly. ;)

If we are forced to play a true freshman all year (again) and most of our coaches are looking for new jobs by October (again), things could get out of hand. But I don't see that happening.

Hows the QB competition going this spring? And what’s going to happen with Frenchie?

Hows the QB competition going this spring? And what’s going to happen with Frenchie?

Both looked good in the spring. I think Hockman is a better fit in Taggart's system.

Frenchie is still on the team, but obviously in the dog house. He's our best QB, but if he can't resolve his character issues, he's not worth keeping IMO.

What's Miami's status at QB? Think one of the young guys will step up and take over?

Seems Rosier is still named the starter but Perry and Williams both looked good during spring ball. I think Rosier will start vs LSU because of experience. But if he struggles I can see Perry getting put in with the quickness. And watch out for Hightower the frosh wideout. He had two long TD catches in the spring game. And the defense looks like it should be very good again this year. Concerns about the OLine. But it’s still spring but there is more competition at positions which we lacked the last few years.

I would be a hypocrite if I honestly thought rankings (or commitments) mattered with 10 months to go.

Yes, but I'm glad the guys we have so far are quality, as opposed to an inflated ranking due to having a bunch of mediocre recruits (see: Ole Miss).

Also, the #1 overall recruit spent the weekend in Tally. :2thumbs
