By a poll that doesn't factor in MOV, one of the best ways to determine peformance. I.E. Beating Memphis by 50 is more impressive than beating Memphis by 3, yet Colley will treat those exactly the same. MOV affects betting and other stuff, and while a win is a win, a blowout win is much different than a miracle win for all parties involved. All else equal, a team that beats Duke by 1 is worse than a team that beats Duke by 60, but Colley doesn't factor that.
