Really happy with the hires. Tons of proven experience. Guys who have done incredibly well here before. One green guy in Robinson but Georgia fans swear by him as do Miss State fans

HC - Dan Mullen
OC - By committee basically Mullen calls the plays
QB - Brian Johnson - Proven at Houston and Utah
WR - Billy Gonzalez - His time at UF had the best WR group since Spurrier. Guy knows his shit.
TE - Ju'Juan Seider - Best recruiter from Mac's staff. Moving positions for Knox
RB - Greg Knox - Proven coach as well, very strong recruiter for Miss State(which isn't easy)
Oline - Hevesy - Not a great recruiter, but very good line coach.

Todd Grantham - Not my favorite choice but he is an improvement from Shannon. Honestly my least favorite hire of the group
Dline - Sal Sunseri - Best hire. This is a pure win. One of the best recruiters in the nation, and a top tier position coach.
LB - Robinson - Questionable but young. Should recruit well.
Secondary - Charlten Warren - Tenn fans on the rant basically all agreed he was the best defensive coach for them last year. Very solid recruiter(see getting Dean) and tough as shit.

S&C - Savage who trained under Meyer's S&C coach and uses the same program..so good news there
Special teams - Greg Knox

really solid staff and all have SEC experience.

Add in recruiting is looking pretty good right now. Landed some big gets that we weren't after before Mullen, and two big transfers at WR which should help immediately(both expected to be granted waivers to play immediately). UF has crystal ball leads for top 150 players than we had the entire time under Muschamp in any given year lol..how sad.

His son (Tino) was on our staff as an analyst or something. A lot of people were saying he has a good head for football and were hoping he was kept by WT. He went to Tennessee though.

He proved himself at the college level far enough for me to not worry about it. Not everyone is better at the next level. He is also the Dline coach, not LB coach for us.

It really isn't..it's quite good actually. Outside fan bases seem to agree on the rant.

Grantham is the one guy who didn't get a lot of love from the staff he came from. He did improve Miss State quite well but has a habit of letting teams score a lot at times which is worrisome. As for the position coaches. Most recruit well and have proven themselves in development.

True, but how much does Grantham fuck this defense up?

That's my worry. Though he can't be worse than Shannon. He has the same problem Nuss does(to a less extent Nuss is the worst in the country). System too complicated. Was Georgia fans big gripe. I hope he has simplified it some. The one thing we have over Georgia is better DB's usually. So we can island them more than most schools. Still. Don't expect top ten defenses from him.
