Well according to ESPN's own FPI, Alabama would have only a 50% chance of going undefeated with UCF's schedule. Georgia would have a 36% chance.

Tennessee would go undefeated with your schedule.

I don't believe in FPI, but even their own metrics don't favor either team to go undefeated against UCF's schedule.
