Yea but people won't generally recognize that is the path Jimbo started out on. Hired good coaches, recruited well, facilities, etc. He veered off path about 3 years ago. His downfall was not handing off OC duties and not firing CK.

I read where Dameyune Craig is following Jimbo. I read where he made like $8.10 per hour this past season. That's loyalty if true.
