Seems like Nebraska is doing it the right way and Tennessee, Florida are doing it the wrong way.

Are you dumb? I mean putting immense pressure on Mcelwain the entire year then firing him mid season.

Same with Tennessee

Why did they keep either of them to start the season if they were going to treat them like trash from day 1 of the season?

Then on top of that instead of being assholes in the dark of night hiring a coach away they are being upfront about it.

They should have fired him at the end of last season, instead of waiting another year when they knew they were going to fire him then turning on him about 2 games into the season.

Seems like it would be impossible to recruit and win with that.

Nebraska is going about it the right way? They already have a coach and their allegedly shopping for a new one while the current one is still employed?

For winning 9 games and dominating another OOC opponent in the bowl game? They should have never hired his ass but they definitely weren’t going to fire his ass at the end of last year

Based on things the new AD has said and the way Riley talked yesterday, I'm pretty sure he has already been told Iowa will be his last game. All of his past coaches have praised him for how upfront he is about decision making and not leaving them wondering what the future holds. I don't see any reason why he would all of a sudden change that philosophy.
