How would UF going after a coach without a job be doing it the wrong way?
So far ut as well?

Are you dumb? I mean putting immense pressure on Mcelwain the entire year then firing him mid season.
Same with Tennessee
Why did they keep either of them to start the season if they were going to treat them like trash from day 1 of the season?
Then on top of that instead of being assholes in the dark of night hiring a coach away they are being upfront about it.

They should have fired him at the end of last season, instead of waiting another year when they knew they were going to fire him then turning on him about 2 games into the season.
Seems like it would be impossible to recruit and win with that.
