Dude Miami is not very good they are barely a top 25 team that has gotten lucky. They will implode and lose 3 games, I would guess more but their schedule sucks. Notre Dame and or VT will beat them, then they will lose the ACC championship and possibly the bowl game because they will likely be overmatched.

Ohio State is now 2 in the vegas odds by a land slide at -400 next team is Clemson at -1000. Obviously Alabama is 1st, I bet after the Penn State game though the gap closes a lot.

It is not inconsistent it is reality. It would be like if a conference added Notre Dame, Notre Dame has not been good for a while but the prestige and the fact that they are better than your average conference team still will add legitimacy to the conference.

Miami is a top 10 program of all time, they just have not been that good the last decade or so, even though they aren't as good as they used to be they are still better than the average ACC team was in the 80s and 90s. I think they will be a powerhouse again at some point maybe within the next 5 years.

I don't have to go back an look at stats. This Miami team is two lightening strike, last second plays away from being 3-2 against the only two tough teams they have faced. They are not very good and will get destroyed when they play more tough teams. Have you watched a Miami game yet? Even their own fan base is like "damn, how'd we get here?"
