Serious question. How does you guys season look without your starting QB? That is fucked that he is out for the rest of the season. I am just asking because I know if Baker goes down, that is our ass.

QB depth:

1) True Freshman
2) White guy who throws knuckle balls with 9 snaps to his name.
3) True Freshman. Likely redshirt, but should be the starter when #1 above gets hurt. (#1 above is 6'5 and 182 pounds. Gonna break in half first time he gets laid out)

8-4

Blackman will have growing pains, but he is far from being terrible

Didn't indicate he would play bad simply that he will not be able to take the hits Francois took. IMO

He must be better than Hockman since Jimbo chose him but Hockman enrolled early and was here in the Spring. Who knows? I trust Jimbo.

Also, what we are about to do has not been done in 32 years. (True Freshman starter)

I had my concerns before the Bama game. Many of those were addressed in positive fashion after the Bama game but unfortunately new ones have surfaced. (QB and ST)

I think Alabama should have concerns, FSU's defense has been pretty bad the last 3 seasons and they pretty much stuffed Alabama for the most part.

1. I think FSU's D is actually pretty good this year. Also was decent late last year, even without Derwin James.
2. Bama was playing extremely conservative on offense.

That said, I don't think this is one of Saban's better teams. An offense that throws quick and spreads the ball around a lot, combined with a stout defense should be able to beat them.

Somewhere in the 7-5 to 10-2 range. I think the defense will keep us in most games. I'm going with 9-3. :homer

BMI is garbage. 10% of Blackman's weight is balls. Balls of steel are heavy. He will need them.

Kinda crazy how we ended up with a freshman.

John Franklin III transferred due to lack of playing time (and probably being 5th on the depth chart).
De'Andre Johnson thugged out and got kicked off the team.
Malik Henry... uh, head case I guess. Was a 5-star QB. Got suspended a few times as a freshman. Transferred.
Deondre Francois is broken.

JJ Cosentino. Still around, but sucks.
