Go to User Control Panel > Profile or click here: ucp.php?i=173
Under Team Logo, choose your team.
The top teams will be displayed on the Index page.

PS: I think it goes without saying that Team Flair could be the subject of bets, giving yet another thing besides avatars and sigs.
