So why all the hate?

My reasons:

1) BeneRICHT Arnold - coached our team (with the highest scoring offense in FBS) to a whopping 2 points in NC game a month after taking the HC job at UGA. Bobby should have pulled his pants down, put him over his knee and spanked his ass for that.

2) I lived in Atlanta for 11 years. Everything media related was UGA this and UGA that. I remember an article in the AJC back in mid to late 90's. GT had beaten a really good team. (Wanna say Miami but can't remember). UGA beat some nobody. The entire sports page was UGA dominates while GT got a little cut out on like page 4 basically saying "oh yea, BTW GT won too". It was like that every Sunday.

3) UGA frans were unbearable after our Sugar Bowl loss, in spite of us playing without starting QB and basically relying on a WR to play QB.

4) Most here do not root for Team SEC, but when I lived in Atlanta they did.

5) 20OZ is the MD of UGA fans.

At the end of the day, I like all the UGA fans here. They are actually good posters who bring solid debate so forget I mentioned items 1 - 4.... :dog

Most Georgia fans I know like FSU. They hate the Gators and used to beat GA Tech every year. I don't know why FSU fans here don't like Georgia.

I like UGA fans. I am just having fun since 20OZ pretty much guatanteed a victory over Clemson. He even said in regards to Watkins Heisman chances "That all ends Aug 31st".

Watkins won't win the Heisman. It's not that he's not good enough, it's just difficult for a receiver to win it and he only has 2 more showcase games. Boyd could win it though.

Watkins won't win the Heisman. It's not that he's not good enough, it's just difficult for a receiver to win it and he only has 2 more showcase games. Boyd could win it though.

I don't think he will win it either. He hasn't lived up to his Freshman year performance. Still solid and will do well at the next level.

I don't have a problem with UGA; I have a problem with delusional homers. I've been hearing "this is our year!" from February to September (sometimes even October) for 30+ years.

And I hate being surrounded by a bunch of fools who bark at the TV.

I like UGA, but outside of FoF and Hunkered the fans are unbearable

I don't understand it either, but from what I've seen, it's primarily 20oz who constantly starts the FSU vs. UGA shit, even though the school are very similar in many ways. I've always like UGA, and almost every UGA fan I've met usually likes FSU as well. I remember a few years ago when FSU played GT a BUNCH of UGA fans came to the game, some even wearing FSU gear.

Only thing I don't like is that some of their fans get that SEC mentality, and think they're a wee bit better than they actually are. Other than that, I like UGA. I root for them anytime they aren't playing us. I wish they would have beaten Clemson..fucking hate those faggots. But at the same time, the thought of 20bounce having a :meltdown makes me lol. :dog

First off, if like to say that I'm glad the site is back. Second I would say that I have no issue with FSU. Thirdly, I will say that this year is still the year we go to the championship :lol God it literally made me sick watching UGA throw the Clemson game. I will say this though. Although we gave up 38 pts and over 500 yards, I like the hustle I saw from the new guys and the fact that they never quit...(moral victory) I also have a man crush on quayvon hicks, out new fullback. He may be the key to controlling clowny this year
