like when Miami came out of nowhere in the 80's.
it seems like the traditional teams are set
can it be done now-a days?
if there is a program that could blow up out of nowhere...who can it be?

Oregon has the possibility still I guess...they are a newer power team right now.
Maybe Louisville has a chance with the way Strong has pulled Florida talent there
I'd say those two are the best bets for that type of thing. Don't know if Louisville has the money or facilities to hold a continuous power like Miami did for that long though.
