I want to know why Texas is #1 and OSU is #3. Arch manning did not do shit last year he looked average as fuck, Texas lost all their key players basically but a couple defenders.

OSU has recruited better than them and has better star power returning. Sayin was rated just as high as Manning and both don't have very much experience, I just don't get it.
