Manziel is faster, better in the pocket an out of the pocket, and has great accuracy and touch. He also can turn a possible 20 yd loss into a first down pass(see Alabama game)
Its funny that you say Manziel has better accuracy but both QB's are throwing 72.5% comp this year.
Miller has missed 3 games this year and only played half the game vs Indiana and PSU.

BTW, where did you get that Manziel is faster than Miller, that is highly laughable.
