Will UCF be ranked higher than Louisville?

They both have 1 loss and UCF beat Louisville @ Louisville, but Louisville is starting out higher in the rankings. I could see it going either way.

Nah Louisville will drop to 15 - 17
And ucf will vault to 21-23
